Coaching for confidence, clarity and change
Personal coaching at Cashmere Coaching and Consulting provides a thoughtful space to step back, reflect and think clearly about your situation.
People often come to coaching when something isn’t quite settled. They may be working through a decision, adjusting to new expectations or noticing a level of doubt or overthinking that’s starting to get in the way.
You might replay conversations, wondering whether you said the wrong thing or should have approached something differently. Maybe you hold back in meetings or hesitate before speaking up. Or perhaps you’ve been eyeing that promotion, business idea or career change but you can’t shake off the ‘what if I’m not ready?’ thoughts.
Although every situation is different, the starting point is often the same, taking the time to think clearly about what really matters, trusting your judgement and finding the confidence to move forward.
So, why coaching?
Coaching creates the space for you to pause and think openly about the situations that are occupying your mind. Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, we begin to address the thoughts that can keep circling in the background, the doubts, the second guessing and the questions about what you should or could do next.
Sessions last around 75 minutes, allowing us the time and space needed to fully explore your situation. These conversations are calm, focused and tailored entirely to you.
Together we explore your thinking, look at the situation from different angles and begin to untangle the assumptions from the situation itself.
Over time, this helps you to think more clearly, feel more confident in your decisions and approach situations with a greater sense of control.
Often, the challenge isn’t a lack of capability. It’s that quiet voice of self-doubt that leads you to second-guess yourself.
We must become or truth,
before we can move from it.

Is personal coaching for you?
Coaching may be helpful if you recognise experiences such as:
- knowing you want change but feeling unsure where to begin
- replaying conversations and wishing you had said something differently
- holding back in meetings or group situations
- feeling capable yet still questioning your decisions
What coaching can help you develop
Through coaching, you begin to develop greater clarity, confidence and a more grounded way of approaching situations.
This often shows up in practical ways, such as how you contribute in conversations, how you make decisions and how you handle situations that previously may have felt awkward.
You may notice:
- more confidence when expressing your ideas and opinions
- finding it easier to speak up and contribute in conversations
- stronger communication and presence in different situations
- feeling more in control of your career, business or personal life
- spending less time comparing yourself and more time recognising your strengths
Over time, something more subtle begins to change. The internal noise becomes quieter and you begin to trust your own judgement.
"Whether facing uncertainty or seeking a
clear path forward, it's time to rewrite your story.
Amplify your confidence and uncover the extraordinary within you."

Your coaching experience
Coaching at Cashmere is designed to feel supportive, practical and easy to engage with.
There’s no jargon or expectation to have everything figured out. Instead, the focus is on creating a space where you can think openly, reflect honestly and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Each conversation is centred on your situation and your goals. Rather than offering advice or quick answers, coaching helps you to explore what is happening, consider different perspectives and decide what your next step should be.
Representation and inclusion
Coaching at Cashmere is open to people from all backgrounds, experiences and stages of life.
For some women, particularly those working in more traditional, male dominated environments, building confidence and using their voice can come with additional challenges.
For others, years can be spent adapting to professional environments rather than feeling able to fully relax into who they are. They become highly aware of how they speak, how they are perceived and whether certain behaviours might be judged differently. Over time, this can lead to over preparing, self monitoring and feeling a constant need to prove capability before feeling fully accepted or heard.
Coaching should not feel like another place where you need to prove yourself. At Cashmere, the coaching space is designed to feel calm, honest and free from judgement, giving people room to think clearly, speak openly and develop confidence in a way that feels more natural and less guarded.
Coaching significantly increasess self-confidence and helps people to reach their goals.
